Sarah Herron/SheLift

Sarah is pictured here wearing her customized SHELIFT bracelet. Made by The Callaway Collection.

‘SheLift’ was founded by Sarah Herron, the Colorado native who gained her notoriety on ABC’s The Bachelor for being the first contestant with a physical disability. Sarah was born with Amniotic Band Syndrome, but it hasn’t stopped her from climbing mountains, skiing double black diamonds and even searching for love on television. It was the outreach of young women who watched and related to Sarah on the show that inspired her to start SheLift.

SheLift aims to share Sarah’s love for outdoor adventures – specifically in the mountains – and the transformative powers of adventure. Sarah wants to share with other women that whether it’s on the slopes, on a trail or on a show… finding love is possible, and it starts with yourself. http://www.shelift.org/

How to Find an Accurate Bracelet Size

To determine bracelet size, follow the steps below.

1. Measure the wrist BELOW the wrist bone (where you would normally wear your bracelet) using a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.

2. If using a plain strip of paper, mark your strip with a pen where the end of the bracelet needs to be. Then measure the paper strip with a ruler. THIS IS THE WRIST SIZE.

3. TO FIND THE BRACELET SIZE, increase the wrist measurement by the increment below based on how you want the bracelet to fit.

*For a snug fit, add 1/4″ to 1/2″.

*For a comfortable fit, add 3/4″ to 1″.

*For a loose fit, add 1-1/4″.
