Due to the handmade nature of our products many of our pieces are MADE TO ORDER , therefore may take a month before being shipped. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order as well as the lighting in which the pictures are taken. There is a variety of natural variations and differences between materials that we use. Therefore products may not be identical to imaging you see online. Please remember this when placing your order. Each piece is entirely handcrafted and minor differences are natural in the handmade industry.
We also can not always guarantee that we will always be able to remake an exact piece you see with the signature collection but can create something similar. With some of our pieces being handmade one-of-a-kind or some- of-a-kind we only create between 1 -4 pieces of each design (signature collection) and cannot promise you we will be able to get the same exact materials each time. We are super happy to design a custom piece for you that looks similar to something you had in mind.

Each piece you receive from The Callaway Collection was hand finished therefore delicate in nature. Please treat it with care to improve its longevity.
CARE FOR YOUR NEW PRODUCT(s) BY:

YOUR PRODUCTS(s) CAN BE DAMAGED IF:
* too much pressure is applied, or if you yank or pull on them.
*Do not swim, bathe or shower in your piece. Although some metals can get wet. It is advised to keep them as dry as possible and wipe them off if sweat or water does come in contact.
* Lotions and perfumes can also be damaging to your piece as well. Please refrain from using while wearing your jewelry.
* Left out in the sun or rain.
* Placed in a machine or dishwasher and the list goes on!
* With the Bracelets that we create on elastic, please be aware that the elastic on these can also get worn down if you never take them off. If your bracelets breaks after a month of being worn constantly you will need to order a new bracelet.
TIMELINE: Please be aware that almost all products are handmade to order. Allow 1-5 weeks from the day your order is placed for your piece/pieces to be made. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS. PLEASE CHECK JUNK OR SPAM! Due to covid shipping times can take longer than normal. Please be patient with us as we are trying to get you your bracelets just as quickly as you want them I promise!
*Please do not message or email asking when your order is going to ship. Again, you will receive an email when your order ships so that you are able to track is through usps. These emails sometimes are sent to your junk or spam mail so be sure to check there as well!!!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We strive for customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We are happy to answer any and all questions on details and materials on each piece. Due to the nature of our inventory we have a strict return policy. A STORE CREDIT/ REFUND is permissible if contacted within 48 hours of receipt of item. Please insure the item fully, pack securely and use a service that provides tracking while in transit, return postage is not refundable. If store credit/ refund is desired, the shop must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. If 48 hours has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or a refund. THERE ARE NO RETURNS/REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS so make sure and MEASURE YOUR WRIST!
REPAIRS: We are always happy to repair any damages due to production issues on our end at our discretion.
To have your bracelets resized or restrung, you will need to ship them to the following address. Please enclose a note letting us know what size to resize it to, as well as a return address to where you want the bracelets sent back to.
There is a restringing/resizing fee of $20 per bracelet. Please send the fee to one of the following: Venmo @MHCLangel , Paypal mhcallawaylangel or enclose a check. If you send a check please make it out to The Callaway Collection.
