Order
Yes! Every piece is made to order, and our standard turnaround is 1–4 weeks. If you need it sooner, select "Rush Delivery" at checkout for an additional $35, and we'll prioritize your piece and get it shipped within 1 week of your order date. If your order isn't shipped within that 1-week window, your rush fee will be refunded. Rush fees are otherwise non-refundable once production has started, since we begin work on your piece right away.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
