We are proud to offer a Restring | Resize option to our amazing customers. Please review our policy before submitting your warranty claim for any restring or resize.

Warranty Coverage:
Our bracelet restringing service is designed to ensure your jewelry remains in excellent condition.

Our policy covers the following:

• Bead Replacement: We offer restringing services to address issues with missing beads.
• Our policy covers up to 5 missing beads. If more than five beads are missing, we kindly ask that you place a new order for your bracelet.
• Wear & Tear: Please note that normal wear and tear does not apply under this warranty.
• Regular use of your bracelet may result in gradual wear, including fading of beads, which does not apply to our restringing services.
• Warranty Period: Our restringing service is valid for up to 1 year from purchase.

After this period, we strongly recommend checking the condition of your bracelet and considering a new order if necessary to maintain its quality and appearance.
