Returns & Exchanges

At The Callaway Collection, our goal is to delight every customer with their purchase. We are always available to answer any questions you may have about the details and materials of each piece.

Returns:
We accept returns on non-customized, non-final sale items within 14 days of purchase. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
For added convenience, customers who add Redo to their cart can enjoy unlimited exchanges under their order number. Redo also covers the cost of return shipping for store credit, meaning all exchange-related shipping fees will be waived. 
Customers who choose not to add Redo will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

How do I return?
    •    Visit our returns center by CLICKING HERE
    •    You will visit the account login page and enter your email or order number to access your account
    •    Once you see the order click and follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
    •    Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation with shipping guidelines and return instructions in our returns center portal

What items are returnable?
    •    Within 14 days from the date of purchase
    •    Non-customized, non-final sale items
    •    In unused and resellable condition
    •    In the original packaging with all the tags intact
    
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us immediately at holler@thecallawaycollection.com within five (5) days of the delivery date. No exceptions.

Can the items be exchanged?
You can create an exchange for non-customized and non-final sale items.
If you would like to exchange for another size please process your exchange through our return center.

What are the refund options?
All refunds are processed in the form of Gift Card or Store Credit.

Are there any charges for my refund?
Yes. We do not pay for any returns of your choice coming back to us. All returns get processed through REDO (our returns center).

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email about the approval or rejection of your return request immediately.
