Refund policy

All Callaway Collection jewelry is handmade and often customized.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit.

We offer a paid Bracelet Repair / Restring Service for $30 per bracelet. This includes new elastic, full restringing, and replacement of faded or damaged letter beads with the same name/word.

Changing wording, adding letters, or design changes are not included. If a different name or word is desired, a new bracelet purchase is required.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged or incorrect so we can review and determine the appropriate resolution.
